What is the Bonus Gold prize?
Ranging between $10,000 and $100,000 in gold bullion, the Bonus Gold prize is awarded to the prize home winner and determined by the value of their ticket book purchase.
If you purchase a ticket book worth $10 or more in one of our general prize home draws, or a ticket book worth $30 or more in one of our 2 Golden Treasure prize home draws, you're eligible to win a Bonus Gold prize.
For example:
- The winning entrant of our general prize home draw who purchased a $30 ticket book would be awarded $30,000 additional gold bullion.
- The winning entrant of our Golden Treasure prize home draw who purchased a $100 ticket book would receive $100,000 additional gold bullion.

You can purchase a single ticket in a Dream Home draw or multiple tickets in the form of a ticket book. Ticket books can come with additional bonuses like Bonus Gold and Bonus tickets as a thank you for your generosity.
You can opt to make any ticket purchase into a monthly subscription by joining the VIP Club. We'll automatically send you tickets on the same day each month, with the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime.

How do I change my VIP Club subscription?
As a VIP Club member, you have the flexibility to change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes at your convenience, simply log into My Account on our website or App (coming soon) and select VIP Club subscriptions.
- To change your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Ticket Settings to change your subscription value. Any changes will take effect for your next monthly tickets.
- To pause your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Manage to look at options for pausing your subscription.
- Cancel your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Manage to look at options for cancelling your subscription.
Please note, if your subscription is paused or a monthly payment declines, you will not be eligible for the $50,000 Weekly Giveaways or VIP Rewards until your account comes off pause or payment is received.

I'm a VIP Club member, when should I expect my monthly payments to be processed?
VIPs have their monthly tickets and payment processed on the same calendar day of the month, every month, aligned to the date you started your subscription. You can find your billing date in My Account under VIP Club subscriptions.
Please note: Customers who join the VIP Club on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month will have their future monthly payments processed on the 28th of every month to allow for calendar variances. You can find your billing date in My Account.

How will I know if I've won?
If you win a prize, we'll contact you using the contact details on your account. How we notify winners depends on the prize type. Winners are also published on our Winners page.
- Prize Home winners will be contacted by phone and sent confirmation in writing. If the winner doesn't have a valid phone number, they will be contacted by email or mail. The winning ticket number will be published on our Winners page, sent via email and published on our social media channels.
- 10,000 Bonus Funds winners will be notified by email or mail if they do not have an email on their account. Winners will automatically have Bonus Funds added to their account once the draw is complete.
- Other giveaway and promotions winners will be contacted by phone and sent confirmation in writing. If the winner doesn’t have a valid phone number, they will be contacted by email or mail.

Supporting veterans and their families since 1956
RSL Queensland was created in the spirit of mateship. A way to support veterans who were facing significant challenges after returning from World War I. In 1956, the first Dream Home Art Union was created, as a continual source of fundraising for RSL Queensland.
Each ticket sold continues to support veterans and families across Queensland and nationally, through advocacy, employment and wellbeing programs, offering new beginnings to veterans as they return from service. In 2025, RSL Queensland supported thousands of veterans and their families through a range of impactful services and programs to help in real and meaningful ways, including:

Veteran partner, Wade was forced to leave his previous job as a pilot escort driver due to a worsening vision impairment. His experience with the RSL Employment Program empowered him to forge a new career with a renewed purpose.

Army veteran Mat served 11 years before medically discharging from accumulated injuries. His experience with Dig In Health Co, an RSL supported Peer-Led program has had a massive impact on his life, improving the wellbeing of himself and his growing family.

With the help of an RSL Queensland compensation advocate, Navy veteran Rebecca Connolly received the compensation she needed and took back control of her life.
