VIPs can earn up to a total of 20,000 Velocity Points. If you've stopped receiving Points, you may have reached the offer limit of the offer you qualify for.

• Is your chosen subscription $50 or greater?
• Have you missed a monthly payment?
• Have you paused or cancelled your subscription?
• If you fail to make a monthly payment for your subscription, you will cease to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the offer you qualify for and will no longer be eligible for Velocity Points resulting in offer termination. If your monthly payment is overdue, you will have until your next monthly payment date to ensure the outstanding payment is received.

You can check your linked Velocity membership details in My Account. Simply log in to My Account to confirm your Velocity membership information is present.

If you cancel or pause your VIP Club subscription, any remaining Velocity Points you might be eligible for under the Dream Home Art Union Velocity Points Promotion will be forfeited.
