VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draw AU434L Terms and Conditions

General

1. These VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws Terms and Conditions form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/Terms-And-Conditions.

2. Any terms which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in these VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws Terms and Conditions.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions listed below, the following will prevail in the descending order of precedence:

• VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws Terms and Conditions;
• Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;
• VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
• Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;
• General Terms and Conditions.

Draw Details

4. The VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws are conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 (trading as Dream Home Art Union) which are open to VIP Club Members only who meet the eligibility criteria below.

5. The open dates, close dates, draw dates and the permit numbers of each of the VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws are set out below.

6. The VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator on the dates listed in the table above.

7. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published on the drawn dates of each draw listed in the table above at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners.

Entry and Eligibility

8. All VIP Club Members who are up-to-date with their Monthly Payments and whose VIP Club subscription has not been cancelled, paused or suspended at the date of the close of the relevant VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draw will be provided with entries into that Draw.

9. Additional tickets purchased during the relevant weekly Draw period by eligible VIP Club Members will be provided with additional entries into the relevant VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draw.

10. The number of entries allocated to you for each VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draw will be determined by your most recently paid Monthly Ticket Book at the date of the close of the relevant Draw, together with any additional Ticket Books purchased during the applicable draw period. If your subscription includes different Monthly Ticket Books for General Draws and Golden Treasure Draws, the most recently paid Monthly Ticket Book at the date of the close of the relevant Draw will determine your number of entries. You can view your Ticket Book purchases in your Account, and further information on Ticket Books is available in our General Terms and Conditions. For VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws, the number of entries will be allocated in accordance with the applicable table below:

11. If you have nominated yourself and at least one other person on your Account, you will be treated as a single entrant for VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws.

12. Your entries into the VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws are determined by the unique sales reference numbers which appear on the Prize Home Draw tickets you purchased during the relevant weekly draw period, and are used to validate the winning entry. You will not be sent separate VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draw tickets.

13. Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any Draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.

Prize

14. Any cash prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner (which may be in more than one name if you have nominated yourself and at least one other person on your Account).

Unclaimed Prizes

15. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following any VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Draws, a re-draw will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator at least 3 months from relevant Draw date and will be conducted on a Thursday.
