Dream Home Art Union offers 6 prize home draws every year, often with exciting extras like gold bullion and luxury cars. All key dates are published on our website and in our Calendar with sneak peeks of future prize homes revealed as they draw nearer to opening for ticket sales.

Every draw also creates 10,000 extra winners, with Bonus Funds prizes ranging from $10 to $100 that can be used towards future Dream Home tickets.

The chances to win don't stop with prize home draws. All customers have the option of subscribing to our VIP Club to automatically receive monthly tickets and never miss a draw. As a thank you for their ongoing commitment, VIPs get automatic entry in our $50,000 Weekly Giveaways and more, worth over $3M every year for no extra cost. Every prize home draw includes 10,000 Bonus Funds prizes - that's 10,000 chances to win bonus funds for you to use on future Dream Home Art Union tickets. Every ticket purchased in a draw has the chance to win 1 of 10,000 bonus funds prizes ranging from $10 to $100.

Bonus Funds can be used to purchase Dream Home Art Union tickets or start a VIP Club subscription.

You may receive Bonus Funds in a number of ways, including:

• Winning one of the 10,000 Bonus Funds prizes available in every prize home draw
• Receiving a Gift Voucher
• Through selected promotions and special offers

Bonus Funds are automatically added to your account and can be viewed after logging in to our website or App (coming soon). To use your available balance, select Bonus Funds at checkout on our website, or contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 775 888.

Ranging between $10,000 and $100,000 in gold bullion, the Bonus Gold prize is awarded to the prize home winner and determined by the value of their ticket book purchase.

If you purchase a ticket book worth $10 or more in one of our general prize home draws, or a ticket book worth $30 or more in one of our 2 Golden Treasure prize home draws, you're eligible to win a Bonus Gold prize.

For example:

• The winning entrant of our general prize home draw who purchased a $30 ticket book would be awarded $30,000 additional gold bullion.
• The winning entrant of our Golden Treasure prize home draw who purchased a $100 ticket book would receive $100,000 additional gold bullion.

VIP Club members have an extra chance to win big every week. Offering $50,000 cash, all active subscribers are eligible for our $50K Weekly Giveaways at no extra cost.

From time to time we may run special promotions that may change the prize, increase the value or number of winners.

If you win a prize, we'll contact you using the contact details on your account. How we notify winners depends on the prize type. Winners are also published on our Winners page.

• Prize Home winners will be contacted by phone and sent confirmation in writing. If the winner doesn't have a valid phone number, they will be contacted by email or mail. The winning ticket number will be published on our Winners page, sent via email and published on our social media channels.
• 10,000 Bonus Funds winners will be notified by email or mail if they do not have an email on their account. Winners will automatically have Bonus Funds added to their account once the draw is complete.
• Other giveaway and promotions winners will be contacted by phone and sent confirmation in writing. If the winner doesn’t have a valid phone number, they will be contacted by email or mail.

As a charitable lottery, there are some restrictions that prevent us from giving away large amounts of cash to winners from certain states. By giving away gold bullion, we can ensure all ticket buyers, regardless of where they live, have the chance to win the same prize.

If you're one of our lucky gold bullion winners, you have the option of taking possession of the gold bullion or selling the gold bullion to claim its value in cash.

Please note that selling costs and market variations apply when selling gold bullion. If you win gold bullion, our team will put you in contact with our gold bullion provider who will be able to provide you with further information about your options.

The transfer of all our lottery prizes to prize winners is not taxable for the prize winner. There may be tax consequences for the prize winner for the ongoing use or sale of the prize. More detailed information can be found via the Australian Taxation Office.

Dream Home Art Union draws are held at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006 or as specified in the Terms and Conditions for each draw.

Prize home draws are open to the public and results will be published on our Winners page, on Facebook and Instagram.

Dream Home Art Union has been restricted from opening prize homes to the public by regional councils and body corporates concerned about disruption to the local community and limitations with parking. We continue to assess opportunities to re-open future prize homes to the public.
