To access Discounts & Offers, log in to My Account via our website or App (coming soon) and look for Rewards under the Account menu. VIP Club members with a subscription of $50 or more can earn up to 20,000 Velocity Points when they link their Velocity membership to their VIP Club subscription.

As a VIP Club member, you have the flexibility to change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes at your convenience, simply log into My Account on our website or App (coming soon) and select VIP Club subscriptions.

• To change your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Ticket Settings to change your subscription value. Any changes will take effect for your next monthly tickets.
• To pause your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Manage to look at options for pausing your subscription.
• Cancel your subscription: Visit the Details section of the subscription you'd like to update and select Manage to look at options for cancelling your subscription.

Please note, if your subscription is paused or a monthly payment declines, you will not be eligible for the $50,000 Weekly Giveaways or VIP Rewards until your account comes off pause or payment is received.

VIPs have their monthly tickets and payment processed on the same calendar day of the month, every month, aligned to the date you started your subscription. You can find your billing date in My Account under VIP Club subscriptions.

Please note: Customers who join the VIP Club on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month will have their future monthly payments processed on the 28th of every month to allow for calendar variances. You can find your billing date in My Account.
