Bonus Funds Prizes Draw AU434L Terms and Conditions

General

1. These Terms and Conditions are the Bonus Funds Prizes Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

2. Any terms used in the Bonus Funds Prizes Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in Bonus Funds Prizes Draw Terms and Conditions.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bonus Funds Prizes Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

• Bonus Funds Prizes Draw Terms and Conditions;
• General Terms and Conditions;
• Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;
• VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
• VIP Club Weekly Giveaways Terms and Conditions;
• Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw.

Draw Details

4. The Bonus Funds Prizes Draw 'BFP-434' is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 trading as Dream Home Art Union under the following permits: ACT Permit No. TP 26/01569, NSW Authority No. TP/04367, SA Permit No. M15001.

5. BFP-434 will open from 12:01am (AEST) on Saturday, 15 August 2026 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

6. BFP-434 will be drawn at 10:30am (AEST) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

7. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

Bonus Funds Prizes

8. The prizes will be awarded in the order of the drawn numbers per Bonus Funds prize value below.

9. The prizes in the BFP-434 total to a combined prize value of $160,000 in Bonus Funds and is described below and drawn in order of value:

• 100 winners of $100 in Bonus Funds each;
• 200 winners of $80 in Bonus Funds each;
• 500 winners of $50 in Bonus Funds each;
• 1,700 winners of $20 in Bonus Funds each;
• 7,500 winners of $10 in Bonus Funds each.

Eligibility and Eligibility

10. Any Eligible Person who holds a valid ticket in Draw AU434L is automatically entered in BFP-434 without any additional consideration.

11. The number of entries allocated to you for the BFP-434 draw is determined by the number of valid tickets you hold in Draw AU434L. Refer to your Account for a record of Ticket Book purchases, or our General Terms and Conditions for more information on Ticket Books.

12. BFP-434 prizes are Bonus Funds which can only be used for Dream Home Art Union Products, please see our General Terms and Conditions for more information.

13. If you have nominated yourself and at least one other person on your Account, you will be treated as a single entrant for BFP-434.

14. The same unique ticket number which appears on your Draw AU434L tickets will be used as entries into the BFP-434 draw. You will not be sent separate BFP-434 tickets.

15. Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any Draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.
