Buying tickets

Your tickets will be emailed to the address supplied promptly after your order is processed. VIP subscribers will automatically receive their monthly tickets via email when their payment is processed.

Additionally, you can access your tickets anytime by logging into My Account on our website or App (coming soon). Log in to view your current and previous ticket purchases.

You can purchase a single ticket in a Dream Home draw or multiple tickets in the form of a ticket book. Ticket books can come with additional bonuses like Bonus Gold and Bonus tickets as a thank you for your generosity.

You can opt to make any ticket purchase into a monthly subscription by joining the VIP Club. We'll automatically send you tickets on the same day each month, with the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime.

Dream Home Art Union Gift Vouchers are available to purchase through our website and App (coming soon), giving friends and family the flexibility to choose how and when to use their gift.

Gift Vouchers are available from $5 and can be scheduled for delivery on a future date. If you're purchasing vouchers for multiple recipients, you can also place bulk orders using our recipient list upload feature.

When a Gift Voucher is received, it is added to the recipient's account as Bonus Funds, which can be used to purchase tickets or start a subscription. The recipient will need to use the same email address that was entered when the Gift Voucher was purchased to access their funds.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date the recipient receives them.

We accept credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), direct debit (excluding purchasing Gift Vouchers), PayPal, Google and Apple Pay, and Bonus Funds.

If you have a VIP Club subscription, the payment method will be stored on your account and will be charged for each monthly ticket book. Please log in to My Account if you need to check your monthly payment date or update your stored payment method.

If your ticket book includes bonus tickets, your bonus tickets will automatically be included with your ticket book purchase. You can access your tickets anytime by logging into My Account on our website or via our App (coming soon). Log in to view your current and previous ticket purchases.

The normal price of a single ticket in our prize home draws is $5. Twice a year we offer our apartment block prizes, called Golden Treasure draws, where the single ticket price increases to $10. The change in ticket price allows us to bring you bigger, more exciting prizes while still supporting veterans and families.

With all our draws, the more tickets you buy, the cheaper they become.

• For VIP Club members on a $10 or more subscription, your subscription does not vary for Golden Treasure draws, just the number of tickets. For example, a VIP with a $10 subscription would normally receive 2 x $5 tickets per month during our prize home draws, except Golden Treasure draws where you will receive 1 x $10 ticket per month.
• For VIP Club members on a $5 subscription, your subscription will increase to $10 during Golden Treasure draws only. For example, a VIP with a $5 subscription would normally receive 1 x $5 ticket each month in our prize home draws, except Golden Treasure draws where you will receive 1 x $10 ticket per month.

We also have a small number of longstanding customers on a different ticket book value for Golden Treasure draws. We suggest checking your selected subscription amounts against the ticket information in our Terms and Conditions. Prior to entering, you will need to check your country's regulations to ensure you are permitted to do so under local law. While the Dream Home Art Union is not actively promoted outside Australia, interested overseas supporters can purchase tickets but MUST have an Australian phone number for account registration and contact purposes.

In addition to this:

• All Dream Home Art Union prize and ticket values are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We only accept payment in Australian dollars.
• Dream Home Art Union tickets can be purchased via credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), direct debit, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay, or Bonus Funds.
• Whether you can purchase Dream Home Art Union tickets online while overseas will depend on your banking institution. Please contact your bank for information about international payment processing.

Please note that residents of the United States of America, United Kingdom or the European Union who have not purchased tickets in any of our draws prior to 25 May 2018 aren't eligible to enter. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Because your ticket purchase provides you with the potential for personal benefit (winning a prize), it isn't tax deductible.

However, every ticket you purchase from Dream Home Art Union helps provide practical support, assistance, advice and camaraderie to current and former Australian Defence Force members and their families across Queensland and nationally.
