A $6.3M dream come true and early birthday gift!

Brisbane woman Lucy* was physically shaking when told she’d won RSL Art Union Draw 403 – the $6.3 million Noosa Villas prize – just weeks before her birthday! As a VIP member since 2020, she admitted it was a dream come true.  

“You can't dream about winning a prize home, if you don't have a ticket,” she said.

Each offers four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (+ powder room) – one even has a private pool, while the other villa has shared pool access. The spacious living and balcony areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Of course, Noosa’s best bars and award-winning restaurants are also just minutes away.

Lucy now has a lot to consider! She could move into one villa to enjoy the iconic Noosa lifestyle and rent out the other for an estimated $80,600 per year or rent out both for $161,200! Lucy could also choose to sell one or both villas to become an instant multi-millionaire.
